DELIVERIES:

All deliveries within the UK are free of charges.
If the requested items are in stock at the time of order we endeavor to dispatch within 24 hours. If the items are not in stock we shall place these on backorder, we ask you to allow up to 28 working days for backordered items. In the event that we will be unlikely to meet this delivery schedule we will offer you a choice between an extended wait for a specific product a suitable alternative or, of course cancellation. 

Once you place an order and have received a confirmation email from us this does not institute a legal binding contract. Only once goods are dispatched and you receive an email confirming dispatch this then becomes an acceptance of your order. 

Please note Marian's Lingerie reserves the right to refuse an order once an order has been placed and shall refund moneys paid. If we believe a customer has purchased a product(s) from our store at the incorrect price we reserve the right to cancel that order and to correct the price on this site. Once the price has been corrected you may then re place your order. 
 

COMPLAINTS:

If you have reason to complain about our service please email us at contact us using our contact form on the contact page.

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within one working day and respond to all complaints within five working days.
 

RETURNS POLICY
 
Here at Marian's Lingerie we want you to be happy with both our products and our service. We are pleased to offer a 100% guarantee that if you are dissatisfied in any way with the products you have ordered, we will exchange them or provide a refund or a credit to purchase alternative items.

Please note that Postage is non refundable and where gods have been purchased where the shipping is free the refund shall be less the postage cost. 

The goods should be returned unworn, all labels intact and all garments should be in a proper resalable condition and are required to be returned within 14 days of receipt. Refunds shall be processed within 7 working days. Please not that footware is non refundbale.
